For any medical concerns about your child's health, growth, development, feeding, or wellbeing, please consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional. Our support team cannot answer medical questions.

Quick answers

You can delete your account directly in the app: Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account. For full step-by-step instructions, or to request deletion by email, visit our Account Deletion page. All personal and child data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Manage your subscription through the platform where you purchased it. Apple (iPhone/iPad): Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Lunara → Cancel Subscription. Google Play (Android): Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Lunara → Cancel. For billing questions, email billing@yourdomain.com.

Open the Lunara app, go to Settings → Children, then select the child profile you want to update. Tap Edit Profile to change any information including name, date of birth, photo, or other details. Changes are saved immediately and reflected across all devices.

You can reach us by emailing support@lunara.care for general support, using the contact form on this page, or sending specific requests to the relevant team email listed above. We do not currently offer live chat or phone support, but aim to respond to all emails within 24–48 business hours.

Most support requests receive a response within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm IST). Privacy and data deletion requests may take up to 30 days to fully complete in accordance with applicable law. Partnership enquiries are typically handled within 3–5 business days. Response times may be longer during high-volume periods.

First, try the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen to reset your password via email. If you signed up using Google or Apple Sign-In, ensure you are using the same method. If you still cannot access your account, email support@lunara.care with your registered email address and we will help you regain access.

Most of your data is accessible directly in the app. For a complete data export, email privacy@yourdomain.com with the subject "Data Export Request" and your registered email address. We will prepare and send your data within 30 days. You can also export your child's health report directly from Settings → Export Health Report.
